These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and wn999. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the wn999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These cards summarise critical points. They do not replace or supersede the full Terms below.
All wn999 users must be at least 21 years of age. CNIC-based identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to under-age individuals will be permanently closed and all funds suspended pending investigation.
Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20 are accepted. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. wn999 charges no platform-side withdrawal fees. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash typically completes within 30 minutes.
All bonuses awarded by wn999 are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps as specified in each individual offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. wn999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.
Each individual may hold only one active wn999 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances. This rule applies regardless of whether the duplicate was created intentionally or otherwise.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, chargebacks, and money laundering are all strictly prohibited at wn999. Detection of any prohibited activity results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under wn999's international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the licensing authority's dispute resolution procedures for any claims arising from your use of the wn999 platform.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the wn999 platform globally, including all players accessing wn999 from Pakistan. By using any wn999 service you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform. This document was last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions.
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the wn999 platform (accessible at wn999.org and all associated subdomains and applications), you ("the Player," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("the Terms") in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published by wn999 from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wn999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and wn999. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Your continued use of the wn999 platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. wn999 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it before each session if you have any concern about the current version.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. The wn999 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. wn999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts where the Player is found to be under 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any balance in such accounts will be handled in accordance with the applicable international licensing authority's guidelines.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) wn999 Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. wn999 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Upon detection, all related Accounts will be permanently closed and all Bonus Funds forfeited. Real Money Balances will be handled on a case-by-case basis at wn999's sole discretion.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account information if any details change. wn999 accepts no liability for failed transactions or communications resulting from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
3.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, wn999 is required under its licensing obligations to verify your identity. You must submit a legible copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) and, where requested, supporting proof of address or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in temporary Account restriction.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. wn999 does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the wn999 platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wn999 Account credentials, including your username and password. wn999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from wn999, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
4.2 You must notify wn999 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. wn999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 wn999 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all Accounts. wn999 may require 2FA for high-value withdrawal requests or when unusual account activity is detected.
4.4 Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you have notified wn999 of any unauthorised access and wn999 has confirmed suspension of the Account.
5.1 Accepted Methods. wn999 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees). There is no maximum deposit limit set by wn999, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
5.3 Deposit Fees. wn999 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which wn999 accepts no responsibility.
5.4 Funds Source. All funds deposited into your wn999 Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting deposits from a third party into your Account, is strictly prohibited.
5.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was properly credited to your wn999 Account is considered a serious breach of these Terms. wn999 will immediately suspend your Account upon detection of a chargeback attempt and will pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal remedies.
6.1 Verification Requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed from Accounts that have successfully completed wn999's KYC verification process. Submitting false or forged documentation during KYC is a criminal offence and will result in permanent Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Processing Times. wn999 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 1–4 banking hours during standard Pakistani banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 1 hour subject to network conditions. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances beyond wn999's control.
6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, or to a payment account verified in the Player's own name. wn999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. wn999 does not charge any platform-side fees on withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
6.6 Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any remaining Bonus Funds above the specified Bonus Cap at the time of withdrawal will be forfeited. Real Money Balance may always be withdrawn subject to any applicable bonus terms and the minimum withdrawal threshold.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by wn999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. Players must read and understand the terms of any bonus before accepting it. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to its specific terms.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all wn999 bonuses:
7.3 wn999 actively monitors Accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets that do not reflect genuine play with the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements, using bonus funds solely on games excluded from wagering contributions, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonuses forfeited.
8.1 All games offered on the wn999 platform — including slots, live casino table games, video poker, and virtual games — are operated by certified software providers whose random number generators (RNGs) and dealing systems are independently audited by approved testing agencies under the requirements of wn999's international gaming licence. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are disclosed in each game's information panel.
8.2 In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the game server's records, the server record will be the definitive version for the purposes of determining the outcome of any bet or game round. wn999 maintains comprehensive server-side logs of all game sessions.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. wn999 reserves the right to void any bets affected by a verified technical error, whether or not those bets resulted in apparent wins.
8.4 Game results displayed on the wn999 platform are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the game server. No claims based on subjective interpretation of a game rule will be considered after a round is settled.
9.1 wn999's sports betting products, including cricket betting on PSL, international Test and T20 fixtures, and other sporting events, are subject to specific Sports Betting Rules published separately. These Terms apply in addition to, and not in place of, those specific rules.
9.2 All odds are displayed and bets accepted at the price available at the time the bet is confirmed. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
9.3 wn999 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice, to void bets placed after an event has commenced where live betting was not explicitly available, and to void bets accepted in error at incorrect odds or on incorrect selections due to a technical or human error.
9.4 Bets placed on events subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided. wn999 cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and may share relevant Account information in the course of such investigations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wn999 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

No portion of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, published, broadcast, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of wn999 or the relevant rights holder.
Your use of the wn999 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to frame, scrape, data-mine, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
13.1 The wn999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wn999 makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13.2 wn999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if wn999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 In no event shall wn999's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount you deposited into your wn999 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
13.4 wn999 accepts no liability for any losses arising from: (a) interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events; (b) your failure to comply with these Terms; (c) third-party payment processing delays; or (d) actions taken by your bank, payment provider, or internet service provider.
Your use of the wn999 platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and wn999. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. wn999 processes personal data in compliance with the requirements of its international gaming licence, including mandatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. We may be required to share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or the licensing body in response to lawful requests or court orders, without prior notice to you.
wn999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon permanent Account closure by wn999 for legitimate reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your most recently verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all closure scenarios.
wn999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the wn999 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory obligation or urgent security circumstances.
Your continued use of the wn999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with the procedures in Section 15.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of wn999's international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the wn999 platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures of the relevant licensing authority.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact wn999's customer support team in the first instance and allow a reasonable period of not less than 14 days for wn999 to investigate and respond to your complaint. wn999 is committed to resolving all genuine player complaints promptly and fairly.
